Information to respond to your enquiry
Colegio Jan Amos Komensky, located at Los Arces S/N, opposite Quinta Samay, Cayma, Arequipa, receives requests submitted through this website. You can contact us at contacto@colegiokomensky.com or on 974 783 542.
The forms request the adult's first and last names, mobile number, reason for the enquiry, stage, grade or age of entry, and year of interest. Email, comments and visit preferences are optional. We do not request children's names, DNI, documents, health information or payment details.
Purpose and recipients
With your permission, we use this information to answer enquiries, provide information about places, enrolment and transfers, and arrange possible visits. The required fields allow us to respond to your request. Submitting it does not confirm an appointment, enrolment or a school place, and does not subscribe you to advertising.
The request is stored in the school's private CRM. The authorised Admissions team receives a notification at contacto@colegiokomensky.com. The email is sent through Brevo, which processes the information in the message as a technology provider and may host it outside Peru. The information is not published on this website.
Retention and your rights
Information is retained to manage and follow up on your enquiry, subject to school policy and applicable obligations. You can request information about retention and exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion or objection by writing to contacto@colegiokomensky.com. The school will verify your identity through an appropriate channel, without requesting documents through this public form.
Cookies and security
The form uses an essential session cookie, valid for up to 30 minutes, to protect submissions. We do not install advertising cookies. The hosting service may record technical information such as IP address, date and requested resource to operate and protect the service; the form service does not record the contents of requests in its technical logs.
Website visit measurement
Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager load automatically to measure visits without analytics cookies, unless you have disabled measurement. Google receives technical connection data and the page path, without query parameters or the data you enter in forms. Measurement runs in an isolated space that cannot read those forms and uses a new random identifier on each page load, without recognising a person across pages. Advertising cookies, ad personalisation and persistent tracking are not enabled.
You can disable measurement without affecting the website through “Manage analytics” at the bottom of the page. Disabling it stops measurement without interrupting forms. A saved preference is never changed automatically: an expired or unreadable preference keeps measurement off until you explicitly enable it. Explicit activation is valid for 180 days. Google may process technical data outside Peru under its policies. Cookieless measurement does not mean complete anonymity and does not capture a person’s entire browsing activity.
WhatsApp and external links
The contact buttons open WhatsApp and prepare a message; the visitor decides whether to send it. No request is sent automatically and no visit is reserved. WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Google Maps apply their own terms and policies when you use their services.
For your initial enquiry, avoid sending sensitive information or children's documents. Admissions will explain the appropriate channel when needed.
Photographs and images
The logo is used from the official file provided, without redesigning it. Institutional photographs are identified. Images labelled as illustrative are visual compositions; they do not document specific students, activities or facilities. Authentic photographs are identified separately.
